Suzanne Aulds graduated summa cum laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2014, where she majored in Painting and minored in Portrait Arts. Originally from Montreal, Canada, she has been a resident of South Carolina since 2000, and currently lives with her husband, Darrell, and her poodle, Hannah, in Hilton Head Island. She has always been involved with the creative arts, working, variously, as a graphic artist, painter, and interior designer in both Canada and the United States. Ms. Aulds was raised with a deep appreciation for beauty, which is reflected in her work. She is particularly drawn to imagery that celebrates balance and harmony. She paints most days, and is always on the lookout for new images and ideas to portray on canvas, usually inspired by her immediate surroundings. She has received numerous accolades for her work and has participated in many workshops throughout the southeast. She is represented by La Petite Gallerie, in Bluffton, South Carolina, La Posada Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is a member of the Society of Bluffton Artists, the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society, and Women Artists of the West. Ms. Aulds is passionate about painting and always eager to participate in an exchange of ideas and experiences with others.
Suzanne is available to accept commissioned work.
